Darnell Ford has over 10 years experience as a professional Skill Development Coach. Darnell has trained and coached over 1,000 student athletes, ten 1,000+ scorers, 30 players go on to play in college, and 3 McDonald All – American nominees, and.  Coach Ford also has 4+ years as a Point 3 Basketball Alpha Trainer. This is an exclusive group of only 27 Alpha Trainers in the world.

I’m very excited to be joining the SDC Scholarship Camps Team. I believe skill development is essential to every players success and SDC is definitely doing everything the right way. Wasn’t a hard decision at all with wanting to be a part of the team. I got into coaching simply to help every player I encounter and SDC will provide a stepping stone to help me continue this journey.  

Being able to provide these scholarship camps in my area will help so many people. I wish I had this opportunity growing up as a player. The fact that you can earn a discount off your tuition while getting better is just amazing to me. For players, the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business is a great benefit. Parents can ultimately save thousands of dollars a year with this program. I think this is a win win for all parties.

I truly believe this camp is a great opportunity for my area and will draw a lot of attention to the community. Players will get better while earning money off of tuition. It really doesn’t get better than that. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be a part of SDC.
